How does renting totes work?
Reserve your package, pay in full through the secure payment link we send you, and we deliver clean totes, a wheeled dolly, moving bags, zip ties, and labeling cards to your door. Two weeks later — or later if you extend — we pick everything up.
What's included with every rental?
Zip ties, 6 moving bags, labeling cards, delivery & pickup, and 1 wheeled dolly.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Please book at least 3 days before your delivery date so we can guarantee your totes.
When are my dates reserved?
When payment is complete. Sending a reservation request starts the process — we'll confirm availability and send a secure payment link, and your dates lock in as soon as you've paid in full.
How much is sales tax?
Package prices are shown + tax. Sales tax is added on top and calculated at checkout based on your delivery address (for self-pickup rentals, tax is calculated at our location).
What if I need the totes longer than 2 weeks?
Easy — each extra week costs half the package price. If the totes simply aren't ready at pickup, your rental automatically extends at that same extra-week rate, per week or part of a week.
Can I pick the totes up myself?
Yes! If you collect the totes AND return them yourself, you get 20% off the package price.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 3 or more days before your delivery date for a full refund. Inside 3 days, you can reschedule once at no charge, or hold your payment as a credit toward a future rental — no cash refund inside that window.
What happens if a tote or the dolly is lost or damaged?
Ordinary wear and tear is never charged. Replacement fees are: lost or unusable tote $20 each, lost dolly $60, lost moving bag $5 each — charged to the card on file, as agreed in the rental terms.
Do you deliver outside your service area?
Sometimes — out-of-area requests are quoted case by case. Send a reservation request with your address and we'll get back to you.
What can I put in the totes?
Almost anything household — but never hazardous, explosive, flammable, toxic, corrosive, bio-hazardous, or illegal substances, and nothing that can contaminate the totes (food matter, wet concrete, paints, solvents). See the full rental terms for details.
