Rental Terms

By completing your booking and typing your name at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms below.

1. Rental period. The rental period begins on the delivery (start) date and ends on the pickup (return) date shown in your booking. All totes, lids and rental equipment remain the property of Bin There Rent Co. Delivery may occur 1–2 days prior to the start of the rental, and pickup may occur 1–2 days after the end of the rental, as noted at booking.

2. Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your dates; your dates are not reserved until payment is complete. Package prices are for the initial 2-week rental. Each additional week is charged at half the package price. Sales tax is calculated based on the delivery address and added at checkout (for self-pickup rentals, tax is calculated at our location).

3. Cancellation. If you cancel 3 or more days before your delivery date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 3 days of delivery, you may reschedule once at no charge, or hold your payment as a credit toward a future rental; no cash refund is given inside that window.

4. Use and cleaning. I agree to use the totes and dolly only for their intended purpose and to keep them reasonably clean and dry. Do not paint, drill, cut, permanently mark, overload, use as steps/ladders/seats or otherwise alter the totes. You are responsible for reasonable precautions against loss, theft, misuse or damage while totes are in your possession.

5. Prohibited items. Totes may not be used for hazardous, explosive, flammable, toxic, corrosive, bio-hazardous, or illegal substances. Food matter, wet concrete, paints or solvents, etc. — any product that may contaminate totes — are prohibited.

6. Loss and damage fees. I am responsible for rented property. Ordinary wear and tear will not be charged for proper use. I agree to pay for replacement due to lost or damaged equipment, at these rates: lost or unusable tote $20 each; lost dolly $60; lost moving bag $5 each. If the equipment is not available for pickup on the scheduled pickup date, the rental automatically extends at the extra-week rate (half the package price) per week or part of a week until it is returned.

7. Card on file. I authorize Bin There Rent Co. to charge the payment card used for my booking for any amounts owed under Section 6 (late extensions and lost/damage replacement fees).

8. Liability. Bin There Rent Co. provides totes and dolly for ordinary rental purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bin There Rent Co. is not responsible for loss of or damage to Customer's personal property stored in or transported using the totes. The customer is responsible for determining whether the totes are suitable for Customer's particular use. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive any right or liability that cannot legally be waived.

9. Risk acknowledgement. I acknowledge that loading, transporting and unloading totes carries inherent risks to physical injury. I assume all responsibility for safe handling of the totes. Bin There Rent Co. is not liable for any injury sustained during the use of the rental property, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
