How It Works
Reserve & pay
Pick your package and send a reservation request at least 3 days before you need the totes. We'll confirm availability and send you a secure payment link. Payment is due in full to reserve — your dates are locked only when payment is complete.
Need them longer than 2 weeks? Each extra week is half the package price. Running behind at pickup time? Your rental simply extends at that same extra-week rate.
We deliver
We bring your totes to your delivery address, along with everything included: zip ties, 6 moving bags, labeling cards, and a wheeled dolly. Delivery may occur 1–2 days prior to the start of your rental.
Prefer to pick up yourself? If you collect the totes AND return them yourself, you'll get 20% off the package price.
We pick up
Pack at your own pace, move, unpack — then we collect the totes, dolly, and bags on your pickup date. Pickup may occur 1–2 days after the end of your rental. Ordinary wear and tear is never charged.
